Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 16 March 2016 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 11081 [Formerly CBD Case No. 13-3800] — Nena1 Inocente Ladaga-Quijano, complainant, vs. Atty. James Joseph Gupana, respondent.
The Notice of Resolution No. XXI-2014-935 dated December 14, 2014 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) is NOTED. Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the IBP Board of Governors are supported by the evidence on record and by the applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and its recommendation to dismiss the complaint against Atty. James Joseph Gupana for lack of merit with stern warning that as a lawyer and officer of the court, Atty. James Joseph Gupana should act as a true gentleman and must give due respect to women in his personal and official dealings.
There being no motion for reconsideration or petition for review filed with the Court per records of the Office of the Bar Confidant, this case is declared CLOSED and TERMINATED.
