Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated June 22, 2022 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13044 [Formerly CBD Case No. 369] (MANUEL V. LACSON, complainant, v. ATTY. ANGEL P. LOBATON, JR., respondent). —
The Court NOTES the returned and unserved copies of the Resolution 1 dated July 7, 2021 sent to (1) Atty. Aida K. Torre, counsel for complainant, at Room 215, Virgen Sang Barangay Building, Lacson corner 6th Street, Bacolod City; and (2) respondent Atty. Angel P. Lobaton, Jr., at Room 205, DNA Manuela Bldg., San Juan Street, Bacolod City Both with notation, "Return to Sender, Moved."
This Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached December 5, 2019 Report, 2 which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Angel P. Lobaton, Jr. is DISMISSED for lack of merit.
