Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution datedFebruary 10, 2020, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 11467 [Formerly CBD Case No. 18-5648] (Michael D. Katigbak and Grachelle D. Katigbak v. Atty. Gervacio C. Dieta). — The Court NOTES the letter dated November 20, 2019 of Atty. Randall C. Tabayoyong, Director for Bar Discipline of the Integrated Bar of the Philippine (IBP) Commission on Bar Discipline, transmitting to this Court the documents pertaining to this case.
The Notice of Resolution, 1 dated February 15, 2019, of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP Board) is NOTED. Considering that the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached September 26, 2018 Report and Recommendation, 2 as approved by the IBP Board, are supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and recommendation, and resolves to DISMISS the complaint against Atty. Gervacio C. Dieta. HTcADC
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
