PALMERO,respondent). — The Notice of Resolution 1 No. 16-5052 dated March 22, 2018 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. This Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation 2 dated June 14, 2017, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board ofGovernors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against respondent Atty. Gary O. Palmero is DISMISSED. HTcADC
