Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution datedSeptember 7, 2022which reads as follows: HTcADC
"UDK-16882 (Rodolfo A. Jurilla, petitioner, v. Department of Public Works and Highways and the Register of Deeds of Davao City, respondents.) — The Court treats the Letter dated May 20, 2021 of petitioner Rodolfo A. Jurilla as a complaint for payment of just compensation or inverse condemnation. The same is not within the jurisdiction of the Court but falls within the exclusive original jurisdiction of the Regional Trial Court in accordance with Section 19 (l) of B.P. 129, 1 as amended, and San Roque v. Heirs of Pastor. 2
For this reason, the Court resolves to DISMISS the Petition.
