Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated October 10, 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13168 [Formerly CBD Case No. 17-5311] (Ruben Jordan, Jr., Juanito Guzon, and Ruby Singco,Complainantsv. Atty. Antonio L. Paredes, Jr., respondent). — This Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation dated October 13, 2017, which the IBP Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Antonio L. Paredes, Jr. is DISMISSED.
