Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated19 June 2019which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 244098 — Jebsens Maritime, Inc., Sea Chefs Cruise Ltd./EffelT. Santillan versus Lordelito B. Gutierrez
Without necessarily giving due course to the Petition, the Court resolves to DIRECT the respondent to file a COMMENT within a period of ten (10) days from notice.
Petitioners are likewise DIRECTED to file a REPLY within ten (10) days from receipt of the COMMENT. Petitioners are further DIRECTED to attach to the REPLY, certified true copies of the Complaint, Position Papers and Replies of both parties, and the Decision dated June 16, 2015 of Executive Labor Arbiter Jenneth B. Napiza in Lordelito B. Gutierrez v. Jebsens Maritime, Inc./SeaChef's Cruise Ltd./EffelT. Santillan(NLRC OFW-NCR (M)-11-14609-14).
The Court further resolves to DIRECT the Court of Appeals, Manila to ELEVATE the complete records of CA-G.R. SP No. 149168 within ten (10) days from notice.
