Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution datedJUNE 3, 2014, which reads as follows: HTcADC

"G.R. No. 211772(Integrated Bar of the Philippines vs. Secretary Cesar V. Purisima of the Department of Finance and Commissioner Kim S. Jacinto-Henares of the Bureau of Internal Revenue). — The Court Resolved to:

(a) GRANT the Motion for Leave of Court to File Intervention filed by counsel for movant-intervenor Philippine College of Physicians;

(b) GRANT the aforesaid Motion for Intervention and ISSUE a TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER, effective immediately and continuing until further orders from this Court, enjoining respondents, as well as officers, agents and employees of the Department of Finance and Bureau of Internal Revenue, from implementing BIR Revenue Regulations No. 4-2014, with respect to physicians who are herein represented by movant-intervenor Philippine College of Physicians; and

(c) GRANT the Motion dated May 2, 2014 filed by the Office of the Solicitor General for an extension of thirty (30) days from May 4, 2014, or until June 3, 2014, within which to file a comment on the petition." (adv156)

GREETINGS :

WHEREAS, the Supreme Court, on June 3, 2014, adopted a resolution in the above-entitled case, to wit:

G.R. No. 211772(Integrated Bar of the Philippines vs. Secretary Cesar V. Purisima of the Department of Finance and Commissioner Kim S. Jacinto-Henares of the Bureau of Internal Revenue). — The Court Resolved to: aScITE

(a) GRANT the Motion for Leave of Court to File Intervention filed by counsel for movant-intervenor Philippine College of Physicians;
