RE: REQUEST OF THE JUDICIARY EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES RELATIVE TO THE COURT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION LEADERSHIP SEMINAR-WORKSHOP AND 1st JUDEA CONVENTION ON DECEMBER 6-8, 2012 AT THE PHILJA TRAINING CENTER IN TAGAYTAY CITY
NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames:
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated JANUARY 8, 2013, which reads as follows: ADaEIH
"A.M. No. 12-11-8-SC (Re: Request of the Judiciary Employees Association of the Philippines Relative to the Court Employees Association Leadership Seminar-Workshop and 1st JUDEA Convention on December 6-8, 2012 at the PhilJa Training Center in Tagaytay City). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Fiscal Management and Budget Office, to
(a) GRANT the Judiciary Employees Association of the Philippines (JUDEA-Phil) a financial assistance in the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00), chargeable against the regular appropriations of the Supreme Court, to be released on a reimbursable basis in the event that the Court Employees Association Leadership Seminar-Workshop and the 1st JUDEA Convention will be held and upon submission of supporting documents in accordance with existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations;
(b) REFER the matter to the COURT OF APPEALS, the SANDIGANBAYAN, the COURT OF TAX APPEALS and the OFFICE OF THE COURT ADMINISTRATOR for comment, within ten (10) days from notice hereof, on the availability of funds for the grant of financial assistance to the JUDEA-Phil;
(c) AUTHORIZE the participants in the leadership seminar and convention to attend the same on official business, subject to the guidelines on local travel in Administrative Circular No. 15-2005, as amended by Administrative Circular No. 51-2010; and
(d) AUTHORIZE the JUDEA-Phil to use official motor vehicles with drivers to bring participants to Tagaytay City and back to the Supreme Court, subject to availability of motor vehicles in the Motorpool of the Supreme Court." (adv50)
