Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated MARCH 5, 2013, which reads as follows:
"B.M. No. 2615 (In the Matter of the Petition for Leave to Resume Practice of Law and Change of Name Bonna E. Lora-Soriano, petitioner). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, to:
(a) ALLOW petitioner BONNA E. LORA-SORIANO to resume the practice of law in the Philippines, subject to the condition that she first re-take her Lawyer's Oath on a date set by the Court and pay the appropriate fees;
(b) GRANT petitioner's prayer for change of name in the Roll of Attorneys; and
(c) DIRECT the petitioner to SIGN ANEW in the Roll of Attorneys with the name 'Bonna E. Lora-Soriano.'" (adv20) aIAHcE
