NOTICE

Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated APRIL 1, 2014, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 13-08-03-SC (Re: e-Subpoena Service and Management [e-SSMS]). — The Court Resolved to (a) APPROVE the proposed Memorandum of Agreement for the eSubpoena System between the Supreme Court and the Philippine National Police; (b) AUTHORIZE Court Administrator Jose Midas P. Marquez to sign the Memorandum of Agreement on behalf of the Court; and (c) ALLOW the launching of the eSubpoena System on April 30, 2014 at the Hall of Justice in Quezon City, simultaneous with police stations or headquarters to be designated by the Philippine National Police."
