RE: PETITION OF GILBERT P. BUENO TO TAKE THE LAWYER'S OATH
NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated JANUARY 8, 2013, which reads as follows:
"B.M. No. 344 (Re: Petition of Gilbert P. Bueno to Take the Lawyer's Oath). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, to:
(a) DENY the instant petition;
(b) CONTINUE to hold in abeyance petitioner's taking of the Lawyer's Oath and signing of the Roll of Attorneys;
(c) DIRECT the petitioner to inform this Court, within five (5) days from notice hereof, of the recent address of complainant Alicia R. Ruaza to enable the Court to direct the latter to comment on the instant petition;
(d) DIRECT the petitioner to prove to the satisfaction of the Court that he possesses the good moral character required of a member of the Philippine Bar by submitting certifications and attestations to that effect; and
(e) DIRECT the petitioner to show proof that he did not misrepresent himself as a lawyer with the Office of the Ombudsman despite the fact that he is currently occupying a lawyer position (Graft Investigation and Prosecution Officer II) in the said institution." (adv38) cDCSTA
