Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated February 27, 2019 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 9263 [formerly CBD Case No. 12-3502] (Wilson P. Hipolito v. Atty. Tyrone P. Contado). — The Notice of Resolution No. XXII-2016-615 dated November 29, 2016 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) is hereby NOTED.
Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached report and recommendation, as approved by the IBP Board of Governors, are supported by the evidence on record and applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and recommendation to REPRIMAND Atty. Tyrone P. Contado, with a warning that repetition of the same shall be dealt with more severely.
