Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution datedJune 20, 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 10499 (Marichu Hernandez, complainant v. Atty. Elvira Santiago-Alpajora, respondent). — The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the attached Report and Recommendation 1 dated February 23, 2021 which was adopted and approved by the IBP Board of Governors in the attached Notice of Resolution 2 dated June 12, 2021 in CBD Case No. 17-5328. The Complaint against Atty. Elvira Santiago-Alpajora is hereby DISMISSED.
