Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution datedAPRIL 2, 2019, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 245886 (Almedzar A. Hajiri vs. Commission on Elections, Abdulsali K. Asmadun and Al-Jihad Kadil). — Acting on the Petition for Certiorari with Urgent Prayer for Issuance of a Status Quo Ante Order, the Court Resolved, without giving due course to the petition, to:
(a) REQUIRE the respondents to COMMENT on the petition within a NON-EXTENDIBLE period of ten (10) days from notice hereof; and
(b) ISSUE a STATUS QUO ANTE ORDER requiring the parties to observe the STATUS QUO prevailing before the issuance of the Resolution dated March 20, 2019 of the Commission on Elections in E.M. No. 18-092 (Abdulsali K. Asmadun vs. Emraid A. Sissay-Bara, Municipal Election Officer for Lugus, Sulu) and E.M. WHEREAS, the Supreme Court, on April 2, 2019 adopted a resolution in the above-entitled case, to wit:
G.R. No. 245886(Almedzar A. Hajiri vs. Commission on Elections, Abdulsali K. Asmadun and Al-Jihad Kadil). — Acting on the Petition for Certiorari with Urgent Prayer for Issuance of a Status Quo Ante Order, the Court Resolved, without giving due course to the petition, to:
(a) REQUIRE the respondents to COMMENT on the petition within a NON-EXTENDIBLE period of ten (10) days from notice hereof; and
