The Notice of Resolution, 1 dated October 27, 2017, of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation, 2 dated March 9, 2017, which the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines likewise adopted and approved. The complaint is DISMISSED for lack of merit.
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
