Glass v. Dilig
This is a civil case involving an administrative complaint for disbarment against Atty. Herbert S. Dilig. The case was filed by Terry W. Glass for violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility, particularly Canon 1, Rule 1.01, Canon 6, Rule 6.02 and Canon 7, Rule 7.03 and Gross Misconduct. However, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) found no sufficient evidence to support the allegations and recommended the dismissal of the complaint. The Supreme Court adopted and approved the findings of the IBP and dismissed the case for lack of merit. (Second Division, August 26, 2020).

Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated26 August 2020which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 10742 [Formerly CBD Case No. 17-5449] (Terry W. Glass v. Atty. Herbert S. Dilig). — The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in its Report and Recommendation 1 dated October 19, 2018, as adopted and approved by the IBP Board of Governors in its Notice of Resolution 2 dated May 27, 2019. Accordingly, the administrative complaint 3 against respondent Atty. Herbert S. Dilig is hereby DISMISSED for lack of merit.
