Michael Gan, respondent.) — The Notice of Resolution No. CBD XXV-2022-03-32 dated March 18, 2022 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation dated April 29, 2019, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Michael Gan is DISMISSED.
