Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated13 October 2021which reads as follows: aScITE
"A.C. No. 8224 [formerly CBD Case No. 15-4708] (Gina Gensoli-Go v. Atty. Lara Joan Sabornay-Demonteverde). — The Notice of Resolution 1 in CBD Case No. 15-4708 (Adm. Case No. 8224) dated May 30, 2020 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation 2 dated February 25, 2020, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Lara Joan Sabornay-Demonteverde is DISMISSED.
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
