Petitioner's first Motion for Extension of Time of 15 days from the expiration of the reglementary period on January 23, 2019 or until February 7, 2019 within which to file her petition is DENIED for failure to pay the docket fees pursuant to Section 2, Rule 45 of the Rules of Court. Her Petition for Review on Certiorari subsequently filed on February 19, 2019 is DENIED on the following grounds: (1) late filing, (2) late payment of docket fees, and (3) lack of proof of service on the Court of Appeals.
Petitioner's Manifestation filed on March 4, 2019, submitting the compact disc containing the scanned copy of her Petition for Review on Certiorari, is NOTED.
