Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedFebruary 11, 2019which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12376 [Formerly CBD Case No. 16-5173] (Jeffrey Gellangarin vs. Atty. Rafael G. Ocampo, Jr.)
After careful review of the records of this case, We resolve to ADOPT the findings of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors, and to dismiss the administrative case filed by complainant Jeffrey Gellangarin for his failure to show that respondent Atty. Rafael G. Ocampo, Jr. is unfit to practice law and be entrusted with the duties and responsibilities pertaining to the office of an attorney.
WHEREFORE, the Court AFFIRMS the January 26, 2017 Resolution of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors in CBD Case No. 16-5173. Accordingly, the instant administrative case against respondent Atty. Rafael G. Ocampo, Jr. is DISMISSED.
