Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 05 November 2018 which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 239834 — Erwyn M. Galvez versus EC Enterprises Group Manila, Inc. (ECE Consulting Group, Inc.), Jennifer Carabeo-Salcedo and Chris Eisdorfer
The Court resolves to DENY the Petition and AFFIRM the Court of Appeals' (CA) Decision 1 dated November 17, 2017 and Resolution 2 dated May 18, 2018 in CA-G.R. SP No. 148593 for petitioner's failure to show that the CA committed any reversible error in dismissing the petition for certiorari.
After a judicious review of the case, the Court finds that the uniform findings of facts of the CA, the National Labor Relations Commission, and the Labor Arbiter were supported by substantial evidence. These are therefore binding on the Court and shall not be disturbed.
