NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated April 3, 2019, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12420 (EFREN B. GALVAN, JR., complainant v. ATTY. LEOVIGILDO T. MATIONG, respondent). — This Court NOTES the: (1) November 21, 2018 Letter 1 of Atty. Marlou B. Ubano, Director for Bar Discipline of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Commission on Bar Discipline, transmitting the documents pertaining to the case; and (2) the May 3, 2018 Notice of Resolution 2 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors, adopting the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner to dismiss the Complaint.
Acting on the Complaint against respondent Atty. Leovigildo T. Mationg, this Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation 3 dated June 22, 2017 as approved by the Board of Governors in its May 3, 2018 Resolution. Accordingly, this Court resolves to DISMISS the case against respondent Atty. Leovigildo T. Mationg.
