Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution datedJune 27, 2022which reads as follows: HTcADC
"A.C. No. 13371 [Formerly CBD Case No. 19-5944] (Genilda Cabrera Furigay and Edgardo Delgado v. Atty. Quirino G. Esguerra, Jr.). — The Court NOTES the Notice of Resolution No. CBD-XXV-2021-10-19 1 dated October 16, 2021 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors which approved and adopted the Report and Recommendation 2 dated June 22, 2021 of the Investigating Commissioner to dismiss the complaint for lack of merit; transmitted by letter dated March 1, 2022 of Director Avelino V. Sales, Jr., IBP Commission on Bar Discipline, together with the records and flash drive of the case.
The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Commission on Bar Discipline in the attached Commissioner's Report and Recommendation dated June 22, 2021, which the IBP Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Quirino G. Esguerra, Jr. is DISMISSED.
