Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated August 3, 2022which reads as follows:
"OCA IPI No. 20-5036-P (Modesto P. Fermin, complainant v. Angelica C. Gatchalian, Contractual Court Stenographer III, Regional Trial Court, Branch 97, Quezon City, respondent.) — The Court NOTES the (1) letter-complaint dated March 13, 2020 of Modesto P. Fermin, a driver-courier of the Quezon City Postal Office, against Angelica C. Gatchalian, a contractual Court Stenographer III assigned in the Regional Trial Court (RTC), Branch 97, Quezon City for misconduct; and (2) comment dated December 15, 2020 of respondent Angelica C. Gatchalian denying the allegations of the complainant.
The Report dated May 25, 2022 of the Judicial Integrity Board is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Judicial Integrity Board in the attached Report dated May 25, 2022. The complaint against Angelica C. Gatchalian is DISMISSED for utter lack of merit.
