NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated13 January 2021which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 10604 (P/Insp. Atilano C. Fabella v. Atty. Orlando M. Salatandre, Jr. and Atty. Giovanni G. Mata). — The Court NOTES the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors' (BOG): (1) Notice of Resolution No. XXII-2016-662 1 dated November 29, 2016 which adopted the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner dismissing the complaint; and (2) Notice of Resolution 2 dated October 4, 2018 which denied P/Insp. Atilano C. Fabella's (complainant) motion for reconsideration there being no new reason to reverse the previous decision of the IBP BOG, both transmitted by letter 3 dated November 20, 2019 of Director Randall C. Tabayoyong, IBP Commission on Bar Discipline, together with the records of the case.
The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the IBP Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation 4 dated August 1, 2016, as adopted and approved by the IBP BOG in its Resolutions dated November 29, 2016 and October 4, 2018 in CBD Case No. 16-4946. Accordingly, the Court hereby DISMISSES the administrative complaint 5 against respondents Atty. Orlando M. Salatandre, Jr. and Atty. Giovanni G. Mata.
