Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 21 June 2021which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 10845 (Eye Center Conglomerate, Inc., represented by Dr. Raymond P. Evangelista v. Atty. Jay R. Villegas). — The Court NOTES the Notice of Resolution 1 dated June 18, 2019 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines' (IBP) Board of Governors which resolved to adopt the findings of fact and recommendation 2 of the Investigating Commissioner dated October 10, 2018 to dismiss the complaint, transmitted by the letter 3 dated March 12, 2020 of IBP Director Randall C. Tabayoyong, Commission on Bar Discipline, together with the records of the case. HTcADC
The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the attached Report and Recommendation dated October 10, 2018. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the complaint 4 against respondent Atty. Jay R. Villegas for lack of merit.
