Elicaño, Respondents). — The Notice of Resolution 1 in CBD Case No. 15-4664 dated May 30, 2020 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation 2 dated November 28, 2019, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint 3 against Atty. Edward A.M. Polistico and Atty. Antonio M. Elicaño is DISMISSED.
