Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated SEPTEMBER 16, 2014, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 213071 (In Re: Petition for Declaratory Relief Regarding the Interpretation and Construction of Section 458 [a] [1] [xi] of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as The Local Government Code, and Section 16 of Republic Act 10071, otherwise known as An Act Strengthening and Rationalizing the National Prosecution Service; Graeme June Y. Elmido vs. Cymbeline Celia C. Chiong-Uy, in her capacity as Audit Team Leader of the Commission on Audit, City of Mandaue, Province of Cebu, et al.). — Acting on the Motion for Reconsideration (of the resolution dated July 15, 2014), dated August 22, 2014 filed by counsel for petitioner, the Court Resolved to DENY WITH FINALITY the said motion for reconsideration as no substantial arguments were presented to warrant the reversal of the questioned resolution.
No further pleadings or motions will be entertained.
