Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution datedSeptember 5, 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13457 [Formerly CBD Case No. 18-5605] (Joselito Echavez,complainant v.Atty. Lorenzo Bigayan,respondent). — The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation 1 dated August 1, 2018, which was adopted by the IBP Board of Governors in the Notice of Resolution 2 dated October 12, 2019 in CBD Case No. 18-5605. The Complaint against respondent Atty. Lorenzo Bigayan is hereby DISMISSED.
