Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated January 14, 2019, which reads as follows:
"OCA I.P.I. No. 16-4546-P (Marileth Ebarle-Pe v. Vilma M. Hidalgo, Sheriff IV, Branch 48, Regional Trial Court, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan). — Acting on the Administrative Complaint dated February 6, 2016 filed by complainant Marileth Ebarle-Pe against respondent Vilma M. Hidalgo, and the result of the investigation conducted by Executive Judge Angelo R. Arizala of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, and finding the Recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA), dated May 25, 2018, on the above-captioned Administrative Matter to be well taken for being based on the evidence on record and consistent with law and jurisprudence, the Court ADOPTS the factual finding and conclusions of the law of the OCA, and AFFIRMS its recommendation that the instant administrative complaint for oppression, grave abuse of authority, physical injuries and grave misconduct against respondent Vilma M. Hidalgo, Sheriff IV of Branch 48, RTC of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan be DISMISSED for lack of merit, and that respondent be ADMONISHED for her discourtesy, with a STERN WARNING that the repetition of the same act or any similar act will be dealt with more severely in the future.
