"G.R. No. 230920 — Alexander B. Dungao, Camilo J. Elacion, and Evan B. Cabrera, petitioners,versus Cabinet Vision Manufacturing Corporation/William Ko/Joyce Kathryn F. Magno, respondents.
The Court resolves to DENY the Petition and AFFIRM the Court of Appeals (CA) Decision 1 dated July 29, 2016 and Resolution 2 dated March 17, 2017 in CA-G.R. SP No. 135636 for failure to show that the CA committed any reversible error in denying the petition for certiorari.
After a judicious review of the records, the Court finds that the uniform findings of facts of the CA, National Labor Relations Commission, and Labor Arbiter were supported by substantial evidence. These are therefore binding on the Court and shall not be disturbed. DHESca
