Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution datedFebruary 26, 2020, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. P-20-4043 [Formerly OCA IPI No. 19-4906-P] (Maria Victoria S. Delos Santos v. Derwin DL. David, Sheriff III, Municipal Trial Court in Cities of Angeles City, Pampanga, Branch I). — After a perusal of the records of the case, We resolve to adopt the report and recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator finding Derwin DL. David, Sheriff III, Municipal Trial Court in Cities of Angeles City, Pampanga, Branch I, guilty of violating Section 1, Canon III and Section 6, Canon IV of the Code of Conduct for Court Personnel, Simple Neglect of Duty, Simple Misconduct, and Discourtesy. WHEREFORE, the Court finds Derwin DL. David, Sheriff III, Municipal Trial Court in Cities of Angeles City, Pampanga, Branch I GUILTY of violating Section 1, Canon III and Section 6, Canon IV of the Code of Conduct for Court Personnel, Simple Neglect of Duty, Simple Misconduct, and Discourtesy and is hereby SUSPENDED for SIX (6) MONTHS, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or any similar act shall be dealt with more severely.
