NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated15 March 2021which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 10844 (Paciano V. Delizo, Jr. and Hyacinth M. Delizo-Manabat v. Atty. Abraham Johnny G. Asuncion). — The Court NOTES the Notice of Resolution 1 dated September 7, 2019 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors (Board) which resolved to adopt and approve with modification the Report and Recommendation, 2 dated October 12, 2017 of the Investigating Commissioner to reprimand Atty. Abraham Johnny G. Asuncion, with a stern warning that commission of a similar offense shall be dealt with more severely; transmitted by letter dated October 8, 2020 of IBP Director Randall C. Tabayoyong, Commission on Bar Discipline, together with the records of the case.
WHEREFORE, the Court ADOPTS and APPROVES the September 7, 2019 Resolution of the IBP Board in CBD Case No. 16-5090. Atty. Abraham Johnny G. Asuncion is found to have violated the Lawyer's Oath as well as the Code of Professional Responsibility and is hereby REPRIMANDED with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar act shall be dealt with more severely.
