Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated15 March 2021which reads as follows:
"OCA IPI No. 20-5072-RTJ (Danilo De Juan v. Presiding Judge Eleuterio L. Bathan, Regional Trial Court [RTC], Branch 92, Quezon City). — The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator in its Report 1 dated January 28, 2021. Accordingly, the Administrative Complaint 2 against Presiding Judge Eleuterio L. Bathan of the Regional Trial Court, Quezon City, Branch 92, is hereby DISMISSED for raising issues which are judicial in nature and for lack of merit.
