Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated January 23, 2019 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12097 (Helen O. De Guzman v. Atty. Elizabeth B. Bayangos). — Notice of Resolution No. XXI-2015-024 dated January 30, 2015 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) is hereby NOTED. Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached report and recommendation, as approved by the IBP Board of Governors, are supported by the evidence on record and applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and recommendation to dismiss the case against Atty. Elizabeth B. Bayangos, without prejudice to complainant's action to recover money in the appropriate forum.
