Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated March 6, 2019 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12416 [formerly CBD Case No. 16-4981] — Eva Henson Vda. De Asuncion and Gerardo H. Asuncion vs. Atty. Conrado P. Sajor
The Notice of Resolution dated May 3, 2018 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) dismissing the complaint against Atty. Conrado P. Sajor (Atty. Sajor) is NOTED.
Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation, as approved by the IBP Board of Governors, are supported by the evidence on record and by the applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and accordingly DISMISSES the present complaint for lack of merit.
The Court further resolves to DECLARE the case CLOSED and TERMINATED there being no motion for reconsideration or petition for review filed with the Court per records of the Office of the Bar Confidant.
