Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated12 February 2020which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 248913 (PO1 Rodolfo Sibayan Damian v. Philippine National Police). — The Court NOTES PO1 Rodolfo Sibayan Damian's (petitioner) Full Compliance Regarding the Payment of Correct Docket and Other Legal Fees 1 dated August 6, 2019 and Urgent Manifestation 2 dated September 20, 2019, which required him to submit the postal money orders with Check Nos. 0100011930 and 0100011931 (reflecting the correct addressee) as payment for docket and other legal fees, respectively, and also prayed that the petition be docketed. After a careful review of the records of the case, the Court finds the Motion for Reconsideration filed by petitioner to be meritorious. The Resolution 3 dated September 23, 2019 is hereby REVERSED and SET ASIDE. Consequently, the instant petition is REINSTATED. Without necessarily giving due course to the petition, the Court resolves to require respondent Philippine National Police to file its comment thereto within ten (10) days from notice.
