Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated06 December 2021which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13133 [Formerly CBD Case No. 18-5510] (Randy M. Dacasin, Michael N. Abejar, Joseph Kagahastian, Rosalyn De Leon Santiago, and Raymond Gerardo S. Tansip v. Atty. Rogelio D. Evasco). — The Notice of Resolution No. CBD-2020-06-10 1 dated June 13, 2020 in CBD Case No. 18-5510 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner to dismiss the case in the Report and Recommendation 2 dated February 6, 2019, which the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines likewise adopted and approved. The complaint 3 against Atty. Rogelio D. Evasco is DISMISSED. HTcADC
