Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated May 12, 2021, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 10725 (Gilbert Cullen III vs. Atty. Don P. Porciuncula). — The Court NOTES the letter dated November 26, 2019 of Atty. Randall C. Tabayoyong, Director for Bar Discipline of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Commission on Bar Discipline, transmitting to the Court the documents pertaining to this case.
The Notice of Resolution in CBD Case No. 16-4948 (Adm. Case No. 10725) dated March 22, 2018 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation dated April 17, 2017, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Don P. Porciuncula is DISMISSED.
ACCORDINGLY, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
