Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated October 14, 2020, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12287 [Formerly CBD Case No. 16-4985] (CESAR A. CORSINO, complainant v. ATTY. ANSELMO S. ALVANIZ IV, respondent). — The Notice of Resolution 1 in CBD Case No. 16-4985, dated October 27, 2017, of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation, 2 dated December 11, 2016, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Anselmo S. Alvaniz IV is DISMISSED.
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
