Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated FEBRUARY 21, 2012, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 153569(Lolita S. Concepcion vs. Minex Import Export Corporation, et al.). — It appearing from the records that the Notice of Judgment dated January 24, 2012 personally served on Atty. Rogel R. Atienza, counsel for respondents, Crisanta Pablo Bldg., 5524 Osmeña Highway corner Arnaiz Avenue, Makati City, which Notice of Judgment was returned unserved with notation on the Return of Service 'Returned-Moved Out (no forwarding address),' the Court Resolved to require the respondents to MANIFEST the correct and present address of their counsel within five (5) days from notice hereof."
