"A.C. No. 3576 (MARIA INES CONCEPCION-TUANTE, complainant v. ATTY. ORLANDO V. REMOLLO, respondent). — The September 28, 2007 Resolution 1 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors in Administrative Case No. 3576 is NOTED. This Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached August 23, 2007 Report and Recommendation, 2 as adopted and approved by the Board of Governors. 3 The Complaint against respondent Atty. Orlando V. Remollo is DISMISSED.
Accordingly, this case is CLOSED and TERMINATED.
