Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated13 September 2021which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13063 [Formerly CBD Case No. 17-5363] (Atty. Amor M. Completo v. Atty. Leonardo U. Sawal). — The Notice of Resolution 1 dated January 26, 2020 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) is NOTED. Considering that the findings and conclusions of the IBP Board of Governors are duly supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and APPROVES the findings of fact, conclusions of law and recommendation of the IBP to dismiss the Complaint 2 for lack of merit.
There being no motion for reconsideration or petition for review filed by either party before the Court per the records of the Office of the Bar Confidant, the case is declared CLOSED and TERMINATED.
