NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 17 November 2010 which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 192524 (Commissioner of Internal Revenue vs. Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation). — The Court resolves to:
1. GRANT respondent's motions for first and second extension totalling fifteen (15) days from l3 September 2010 within which to file comment on the petition for review on certiorari, and NOTE aforesaid comment dated 27 September 2010;
2. GRANT the Office of the Solicitor General's motion for extension of ten (10) days from 8 September 2010 to file compliance with the Resolution dated 28 July 2010; and
3. NOTE aforesaid compliance dated 17 September 2010 submitting the petitioner's verification and certification on non-forum shopping with properly accomplished jurat showing competent proof of affiant's identity, and proof of updated payment of IBP membership dues of Senior State Solicitor Demetrio P. Carlos.
Considering the allegations, issues and arguments adduced in the petition for review on certiorari and the comment thereon, the Court further resolves to DENY the petition for failure to sufficiently show any reversible error in the assailed judgment to warrant the exercise of this Court's discretionary appellate jurisdiction." cCaIET
