Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated15 August 2018which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 233554 — Ruth Colicoversus NAPICO Homeowners Association VII, Inc. (NAPICO HOA VII, Inc.)
After reviewing the Petition and its annexes, inclusive of the Court of Appeals' Decision 2 dated December 22, 2016 and Resolution 3 dated August 16, 2017 in CA-G.R. SP No. 141012, the Court resolves to DENY the Petition for failure of the petitioner to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed any reversible error in the assailed Decision and Resolution as to warrant the exercise of this Court's discretionary appellate jurisdiction. HEITAD
The Court finds that the petitioner failed to show any cogent reason why the Decisions of the Metropolitan Trial Court of Pasig City, Branch 69; 4 Regional Trial Court of Pasig City, Branch 155; 5 and the Court of Appeals, which have passed upon the same issues raised in the instant Petition, should be reversed. Petitioner failed to show that their factual findings are not supported by evidence or that their Decisions are contrary to applicable law and jurisprudence. There being no reversible error on the part of the court a quo, the Petition is hereby denied.
