Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedDecember 3, 2018which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 240488 — Central Command (CENTCOM), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Republic of the Philippines, Petitioners, vs. Province of Cebu, Respondent.
The Court resolves to DENY petitioners' Motion for Extension of Time 1 for their failure to attach thereto proof of service of a copy thereof to the Court of Appeals, pursuant to Section 13, Rule 13 of the Rules of Court.
The Court further resolves to DENY the Petition for Review on Certiorari for: (a) having been filed out of time — it was filed only on August 24, 2018 or beyond the reglementary period for filing said Petition which expired on July 25, 2018 considering the denial of petitioners' motion for extension of time; and (b) failure of petitioners to pay P1,000.00 for the required Sheriff's Trust Fund per A.M. No. 17-12-09-SC. HTcADC
