After careful review of the records of this case, We resolve to ADOPT the findings of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors and dismiss the administrative case filed by complainant for his failure to show that respondent is unfit to practice law and be entrusted with the duties and responsibilities pertaining to the office of an attorney. aScITE
WHEREFORE, the Court AFFIRMS the December 7, 2017 Resolution of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors in CBD Case No. 11-2991 and DISMISSES the instant administrative case against Atty. Orlando P. Quiachon.
