Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated January 23, 2019 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12363 [Formerly CBD Case No. 16-5148] — Danilo L. Casinillo, Ignacio Semblante and Cesar Diton v. Atty. Razel Danlag-Luig
The Notice of Resolution 1 dated January 26, 2017 in CBD Case No. 16-5148 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) is NOTED.
Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Assistant Director for Bar Discipline of the IBP contained in the attached Memorandum 2 dated November 24, 2016, as adopted by the IBP Board of Governors, are supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and accordingly DISMISSES this complaint for lack of merit.
There being no motion for reconsideration or petition for review filed with the Court per records of the Office of the Bar Confidant, this case is declared CLOSED and TERMINATED.
