Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution datedJuly 20, 2022which reads as follows: HTcADC
"A.C. No. 8844 (Espenito B. Caramba v. Atty. Felipe G. Zapatos). — The letter dated May 12, 2021 of Director Randall C. Tabayoyong of the IBP Commission on Bar Discipline 1 and the Notice of Resolution No. CBD-XXV-2021-12-08 2 in CBD Case No. 18-5833 dated December 2, 2021 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines are NOTED.
The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner of the Commission on Bar Discipline in the Report and Recommendation 3 dated June 8, 2020, which the Board of Governors likewise, adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Felipe G. Zapatos is DISMISSED.
